They provide good compression and support to the knees. I've been using these every day for weight training and they serve the purpose well. Quality is good. Size guide is accurate. They're also good for walking and steep climbs.

Bought 3 different brands including 2 well known ones which makes med related product n another sports brand, but this one is hands down the best. One of the key things is that its got rubber/synthetic trips behind the top/thigh end which is very helpful to keep it in place unlike the other two which folds down.Also it's pretty comfy to wear n cool to look at too.

Product gives good support for knee, Skin friendly with premium feel...looking so elegant earlier I'm using Visco knee cap which comes with only one colour...now I'm using this which looks beautiful and gives proper knee support...This product is worthy ..I'm fully satisfied
