Ordered size A/B in black for a plunge neckline swimsuit. Slipped in ok through the small holes for removable pads. As previous comments, the cups were on the wider side but this also helped keep the pads in place when I was swimming. Since it is a half cup, it looked a little strange with the plunging neckline swimsuit(think: sagging breasts) but it looked great when I smoothened the outline with the swimsuits original thin padding overlying it! All in all, I'm happy with it but I'd say keep in mind what shape bra/bust/swimwear you're thinking of using it for.

They aren't gel they are padded you do need to cut them to make them fit but they are ok hope it helps.I've given it one star cause they say that it is gel when it isn't so false advertising.

Finding the perfect bra has always been a problem. They use to be squashed more than looking sexy. This has really helped in feeling comfortable. I attached poppers inside my bra and on the back of these gels and now they can fit in any of my bras. Really good. quick delivery and well packaged. will be ordering another pair soon.
