Gratitude Journal: 100 Days of Gratitude Will Change Your Life

Not what I was expecting. Each day has exactly the same layout, and then every 20 days there is a different page as an extra, and a quote, and there are a few 'bonus' different pages at the end. From some of the information in the description ("this NEW second edition brings you extra pages and activities "..."Use this book however you will. Colour in it, draw on it and get creative"), I got the impression that the book featured a large variety of pages and activities. I liked what I saw in the "Look inside" snapshot but I didn't want to see the same page every single day - that doesn't encourage my creativity at all.This is suitable for someone who is happy with repetition (although in that case, save yourself some money and just buy a plain notebook), or someone new to gratitude journalling.

I absolutely love this beautiful journal. I'm on my 63rd day now and many aspects in my live have improved...and it keeps getting better. The way the journal is designed makes it great fun to reflect and write in it every evening. It's never a chore, always a joy :)

Makes me do my gratitude every day and keeps it nice and simple for me. I used to do it in a normal notebook but this is so much nicer looking!

Only arrived today but I've already started. Bought one as a gift and decided I wanted in on it too so bought two! Beautiful book :)

Every page is the same which is rather dull and not very inspiring!
