Strong shears!
We needed kitchen shears strong enough to cut through lobster shells. These did the job! Worth the price!

Well built, came sharp. Used to cut wild game into manageable pieces for a grinder.Handle ergonomic is perfect for my hands.Overall good value.

Poultry shear upgrade
Needed a replacement for my poultry shears. After reading reviews decided to try these. Happy I did. Them seem very nice and cut well. Comfortable to use. Hopefully they will last a long while.

Lasted a few months before breaking
The media could not be loaded. They are sturdy and great but only lasted about 4 months before the spring broke which made trying to use them annoying.

Had to return it but only for a small defect
I didn't know if this handle design was practical, but it is very comfortable. The blade design seems best suited for heavy use, like turkeys or racks of ribs. The small defect was that the locking lever was not made well and was really hard to open, but otherwise a formidable pair of shears.

Great kitchen shears. We use them to trim meats, chicken, and vegetables. Great price too.

Heavy Duty Poultry Shears
I received the first pair of poultry shears just in time for my annual rooster culling. The shears worked beautifully on the first 2 of 8 birds (all under 4 months old). With the third bird the shears snapped at the joining screw and were unusable after that. Contacted the seller, who sent out a replacement. The second pair were dull and I needed to sharpen them before being able to finish culling the remaining 6 birds. The shears were us d to cut off wing tips and feet (all cuts at a joint).

Franchement, agréablement surpris !
Une cisaille à volaille… Mais pas que !le ressort est caché, il aide bien aux mouvements, un tranchant incroyable et qui reste malgré même des coupes d'os, une arête de lame qui permet d'écailler les poissons… des ciseaux de cuisine en mieux pour un tarif contenu. J'achète ! (bon, j'ai déjà acheté ! )
