The watch was expected. Personally I preferred this watch over competition was simply because it was imported by Titan. Which I expected to maintain a minimum quality & it did not disappoint. Accuracy of the sensors are difficult for me to judge as I do not have medical equipments to compare. Also, if I go by the reviews - even the most expensive smart watches are not completely accurate.However, I have noted a strange 'bug' - the step count on the Fastrack app does not match with the step count of Google Fit App. Since My Google Fit app is connected with the watch, they are supposed to be identical IMHO. Another isssue is that if you take a nap during the day time - it is not reflected in 'Sleep', wonder why!Final question to Amazon: I believe I purchased the black version (not 100% sure) but the order does not mention the color. Why ? I am saying this because I got the blue colored case with a black dial. If there are multiple colors available, why color is not mentioned on the orderUpdate after a couple of months: The phone 'dies' abruptly without any reason whatsoever or while doing anything. The only way to turn it back on is by connecting it to the charger. Which is a problem for most people as I don't think we carry the proprietary charging cable in our pocket!Update after 7 months: activities get started on their own. They touch seems to have a mind of its own.Update after 1 year use: In exactly one year and one week - the watch died. It won't take charge. Shown it to local Service Center (Bardhaman), as per them - since it was bought online, they can't do anything about it. It is not repairable and we can get at the max 20% of buy back from Fast Track if we buy a new watch!!!!

I purchased this watch 2 months ago. Now this my branded watch is not working. Watch sreen display is not on and charging does not work in watch. So I connect to company Titan for warranty and replacement but no one is answer me peacefully and don't able to solve my problems. I already share my problem videos and photos with email to customer care but now days they don't able to solve my problem. So that I request to all customers it is not good product and company services are not satisfied. So your money are West on huge price branded Fastrack watch. I request to amazon please contact me and solve my problem regarding product.

I have ordered two units of the same watch one for me (red) and one for my brother in law (blue).The red colour watch is so far is working good and blue watch battery got drained out quickly and not charging back. The red colour watch battery got charged and it's giving around two days runtime. I have raised a replacement for blue but seller didn't have the replacement so Amazon promised to refund the money (thanks Amazon).There are couple of exceptions here and the main one is it's only 1M water resistant not even 5M which almost all watches provide. There is no IP67 or IP68 reading for dust and water resistant which now a days most of the smartwatches provide, even the Rs. 1500/- OnePlus band provides.The blood pressure rating is not accurate when compared to a medical device but it will give an idea how much is the difference (around 10 to 20 reading less). The SPO2 and heart rate reading are accurate.With the price we are paying and issues i am facing giving 3 stars only.

I bought the watch start of this year. The watch stopped working after some months and I contacted the service centre.Even after 3, weeks no response from them.Could improve more in service aspects
