This controller is good, plug and play even. No need to switch from x-input to Ds4 mode like other version. Trackpad button works too! USB-C port is big upgrade versus old micro USB that break easy. USB-C port also very durable and cable doesn't wobble and is very nice and sturdy. I enjoy this. Thank you for making a good controller, and not a stupid piece of garbage that doesn't have a working trackpad button. You guys rock and are possibly heroes even.

So far this controller has worked perfectly. There is no lag and the buttons and sticks are smooth and precise and has worked flawlessly so far. I hope it lasts as well as it worksUPDATE: Now it is middle of August 24 ( Controller bought in April 24 ) and X Button is starting to stick and not work making a clicking soundWas perfect up until a couple days ago. The sticking comes and goes ,Controller still works, but the annoying clicking and sticking of the X button isfrustratingNot sure the issue but thought I would update so other customers can read beforepurchasingLess than 5 months and issues are starting, so not sure how long it will lastnow that this issue has started.

This controller is great to use with older children. If you have younger children that are prone to dropping things, it’s not going to last very long. It’s not so durable to withstand a lot of damage. Works great with the PlayStation, easy to use and great pattern

I really wanted to like this controller. It worked great for about three days, after which time it would randomly not function while playing games. Unplugging it from my laptop and plugging it in again would work...sometimes. The longer I've tried to use it, the more often these random disconnects occur. Sometimes I have to unplug the thing and plug it in again more than ten times before it'll function. Very disappointed.

It worked great for a few months.Not a good product for people that HEAVILY game. Rocket League every night, Resident Evil games and all souls borne games every day. The x button got stuck inside the controller during a Rocket League tournament.Took the controller apart, the plastic gasket inside was snapped near the button.Not well made. Got so pissed trying to fix it I just snapped the thing in half and tossed it.Buy a Playstation made controller.This was good for 3 months. Now it's trash.
