Perfect for My 3 Year Old Daughter
This had such a timely arrival! The same day this arrived, my daughter had JUST happened to watch an episode of Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood ("Daniel Finds Something To Do"; season 4, episode 1) where Daniel Tiger's mom was using tools to fix a broken part of a stage. I think it was a great inspirational episode right before an activity like this.My daughter did this activity by putting the screws in, first, and needed some guidance (as would be expected) to discover which tools to use for which screw. The next morning, she decided to take them all out and she did it entirely by herself! (...with the one exception being that I needed to reverse the screwdriver head to the Philip's-head side when she got to that screw.) This was a perfect activity for her, it kept her very engaged, provided just the right amount of challenge, developed her motor skills, and gave her a sense of accomplishment.Pros: Develops skills in concentration, reasoning, fine motor skills, and confidence-building. Perfect size for an activity like this, utilizes a lot of different tool types, the tools work well for young children, and is good quality, overall. I really love this toy!Cons: the lid doesn't fit *perfectly* and requires a tiny nudge back to allow the latch to go through the hole. (My daughter is easily capable of doing this on her own, so it isn't an issue.)Would I recommend this toy: Yes, absolutely!

Very engaging
I bought this for a special little boy who is on the autism spectrum. He is fascinated by all tools, but especially screwdrivers. I knew he would love this. It's a very simple, but engaging toy. He loves screwing and unscrewing everything. It's great for travel because the tools can be stored inside it and it has a handy little strap for carrying it.

Great product
Nice! My son loves to play with this. Would have adult supervision though as there are many tiny pieces.

Great for 3-5 year olds! Also elderly
I have bought this twice! My boys were a little too rough with the first one, but it got a lot of great play before it broke. I bought a new one for my youngest son and he has already been playing with it. Great for developing fine motor skills and learning tools. My great uncle (80s) enjoyed playing with it at the party and may be getting one as a gift as well!

Good gift
Just the kind of thing the 3 year old likes. Seems to be well made. It has small parts so not for all kids.

Genius product
I love this for my 4 yr old and 7 yr old boys. Lets them practice motor skills and develop a skill they will use later in life. My brother who is an engineer thought it was the bomb as well haha. I don't regret purchasing at all!

Four year old boy is in heaven
Real tools! Sturdy wood and metal. I could probably use these in a pinch, but the handles are just right for little hands. I can tell my son feels like using these is like real work, and it gives him a chance to feel important while he plays. I like that the box is a container for the loose screws/etc as well.
