So yes you pay a little more for Otterbox but they do make a great product. It’s strong and well built. The color is on point and the holes are aligned perfectly so your sound from speaker and such aren’t impaired. This does protect the phone well and keeps the screen from being scratched if it falls. I personally use a glass screen protector also. It’s not a waterproof case so don’t expect that feature.

My Otterbox Defender case was shipped overnight and on my doorstep before 5:30 AM. I had ordered it after 4 PM yesterday...amazing. the case fits my Samsung Galaxy S22 like a glove and it looks and feels great. In my mind, in my estimation, Otterbox is the gold standard for phone cases. I am very pleased that my phone is pritected bt this case.

Although I like the color and the level of protection this phone case provided. I did not realize how much wider it would make the phone. As a matter of fact it made it so wide that it didn't fit in my cell phone holder in my car. I tried many times. But it kept falling off. I'm sure this is a fabulous phone case. My wife has OtterBox for her s24 and loves it. But on the Samsung s22 ultra it's just too wide. It's really hard to use one-handed with the case on. I ended up getting a tech 21 instead. Tech 21 allows me to wirelessly charge as well. Another thing this OtterBox case does not allow. It also makes it very difficult and puts a lot of pressure on the charging cord. Making for a loose port over the years.

What can i say about this Otterbox case. Made well and I feel it protects my phone great! The installation of putting my phone in it was great. Definitely will buy these cases from now on if I want my phone protected from dropping it. Love the color, I got blue. Has good grip, and the fit is perfect!
