I was disappointed this hardware did not come with instructions or template, but it seems to be well made. As a female, I was impressed I was able to successfully install it, though it took a while. I read the previous helpful reviews, but I recommend you watch a video on YouTube before installation. These are my instructions:1) Before removing cabinet panel, mark inside lower right and left corners.2) Mark the holes where you want your interior sponge tray (s) to be.3) Remove panel and any other hardware (mine had cabinet hinges, which interfered with these brackets).4) Lay the panel down and place the left and right bracket in each corner and mark the holes. Remember: the small bracket "foot" installs into panel and larger one is installed into side of cabinet.5) Predrill holes for bracket and install bracket with rounded screws6) Predrill holes where you want your interior sponge tray (s) to be (to be installed later).7) Put panel back onto cabinet and mark where the left and right bracket line up in the cabinet. Brackets should rest on bottom cabinet panel opening.8) Remove the panel, predrill holes, drill in screws and back screws out (made it easier to manually screw into oak later.9) Put the panel back in and manually screw in left and right bracket with flat head screws from inside the cabinet (my headlamp worked great for this).10) Install interior sponge tray (s) with screws into panel.

These are regular hinges, nothing special, they do what they were designed to do. No instructions, just use common sense and you'll be fine. These are always inconvenient to install but it's doable, just be patient.Here's my quick steps that I used on my own.1. Center and attach the tray if you will use one on the fake drawer plank, and remove the rubber bumpers in corners for now, you can install them back in later.2. Examine and verify which side will get which hinge.3. Hold the appropriate hinge flush with the front of cabinet yet stand it on the inside of the opening on the wooden divider that goes across. See my attached photos.4. Once you attached hinges to sides, then find what you'll use for spacers to hold this drawer plank above the cabinet door underneath, like legos or small wooden blocks. Close the cabinet door and stand the drawer plank on spacers and on the closed cab door.5. Once you're happy with location and position of drawer plank, get a pencil ready, and hold tight the plank, and carefully open the cab door, and from inside feel and find the holes you need to draw marks on plank from inside of cab and through the appropriate hinges holes.6. Put plank down on floor and prescrew the screws into marked areas, then remove the screws. Remember not to screw to far and don't ruin the screws or holes.7. Now hold the plank the best you can and start putting screws through the hinge's hole into those holes you made on the plank. Check, realign, and tighten.

I bought 3 pairs. 3 bathrooms sinks. All works great. I would say I am not the kind to follow instructions and installed them my way. It went well with some adjustment for the first one. Then both other tilt drawers took less time. I wish they had shorter instruction. I would have read them for the first install.

Was perfect. Tried several hinges before finding these. Wish I had found these first.

These hinges work as they should but they come with no instructions and they appear to be light duty. Only time will tell how they hold up.
