Fancy spoon for fancy desserts
It’s bigger than I thought but feels good in the hand. For some reason I imagined this was soup spoon sized and not serving spoon size. All of my spoons are round and not oval to make quenelles/rochers but this makes very nice rochers

Heat it up for perfect whipped cream quenelles
Makes perfect quenelles, I wish the handle was a little shorter but it's probably like that for a reason, it's Dishwasher safe, heavy and sturdy, like I'm confident on using it on ice cream one of these days. Will update on that.

Perfect size
This was a spoon was a great purchase with , good size, hand feel, and durability. I am a pro but an amateur could produce a thousand perfect quenelles w/this thing.
