Vastly overpriced and assembly leaves a lot to be desired
I had high hopes about this Bimiti Tool Trolley when the box arrived but on opening it up, it was another matter. It’s quoted as being a heavy-duty tool cabinet workshop trolley on wheels with machinist tool storage, with hooks and slot shelf for DIY repair shop which sounds fine, however... First off, the illustrated instructions are straight forward enough, easy to follow, then count all the parts before starting to assemble it. Everything present and correct there. There is a bag of screws including an Allen key and a ‘spanner’ - a piece of pressed out piece of steel with a square slot in it as its possibly being a ‘single use’ sort of thing which proved to be useless - see photos. Once assembly was under way, it seemed to go well although the screws do protrude on the backs as they are slightly too long. The base with the compartments was okay but the holes for the castors/wheels did not line up! - the threaded insert in the fame was central but the tray holes were offset - see photos - so I had to get a round file to file them down to fit which killed about quarter of an hour. Once that was done, the ‘spanner’ did not fit the nut on the casters, so I tried using a normal 14mm spanner from my toolbox bit it was too thick to get in, so I filed the ‘spanner’ down so it slid over the nut. That was okay but by trying to tighten them up, it slipped around and made indentations in it as the metal is so soft, but my neighbour came to the rescue as we ground down an old 14mm spanner he had lying about on a bench grindstone so it fitted. I like to think this was 'one off' experience and the others are much better. Eventually it all went together with the size being 19 inches high, 17 without the handle, 10 inches wide and 16 inches long -19inches overall with the end parts which is all but a metal foot-stool size-wise. The current price for it is £57-99 (early July 2023) but my opinion is it’s vastly overpriced for what it is, a point shared with my spanner donating neighbour. As I said, I had high hopes to begin with.

I do find it practical!
This trolley cart is a metal tool cabinet designed to enhance organization and efficiency in garage workshops and DIY repair shops. With its array of features, including hooks, slot shelves, and a rolling workstation, this tool trolley aims to meet the storage and mobility needs of professionals and hobbyists alike. I did a motorbike service and some work on my wife's bike and this cart helped me organise very well. The tool trolley's metal construction provides excellent durability and longevity, making it suitable for heavy-duty use. The three-tier design offers good storage space for tools of various sizes and shapes. The only thing I don't like is that on one side, where you hang the tools, the edge of those hangers are quite sharp . The powder coated finish not only enhances the overall aesthetics but also adds an extra layer of protection against corrosion and wear. The inclusion of hooks and slot shelves ensures that tools can be stored securely and conveniently accessed when needed.Equipped with smooth-rolling wheels, the Bimiti Tool Trolley Cart allows for good mobility, enabling users to transport their tools with ease. The wheels are well sized and robust enough to handle different terrains, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. The trolley's ergonomic handle provides a comfortable grip and facilitates smooth maneuverability, even in tight spaces.I've not had issues when I put it together so most users should be able to assemble it without any significant difficulties. The trolley's design and functionality are user-friendly, with smooth-rolling wheels, easily adjustable shelves, and hooks that can be effortlessly positioned.Overall, this trolley cart is a reliable and functional storage solution and a good addition to your tools. It might feel expensive but similar products are in the sane price.
