Made up with dense foam
Couldn't say it's effective or not but somehow reduced the noise of your room not as they mentioned in the product (could be work if you fill your room with it) but not for only one side of your room wall and best for ECHO reduction it almost removed the 80% echo of your room when playing music inside your room
