I love my new gazebo. It is water proof and it is the perfect amount of shade. The seller is easy to contact and respond quickly with any issues or questions. I had mine bolted to concrete, you must buy your own bolts for that if you do.

The instructions are horrible they are tiny pictures that give no specific instructions as to what piece should connect with what specific screw, bolt, ect. I hired a contractor to help my husband who builds houses and it took them 14 hours to put together . Once up looks beautiful until it rained . I will note the panels are individual not one slat roof and the seals are felt not rubber for watertight. Once it rained it leaked from the seals and my entire deck was wet. I contacted seller and of course they said no one reported leaking and I sent them videos and pictures. After I spend more money taking apart the panels and adding rubber seals it will be fixed. Very disappointing for the money. Expected higher quality and customer service. Will never buy again or any of their products.
