definitely not quality
first there are no mounting instructions, second The screw holes on the upper wing bar do not match with the supports so you have to ream the holes to make it align with the supports , third there are burrs that needed to be shaved off before mounting, and lastly there requires some sanding to make it smooth. Other than that i say it deserves three stars for value no stars for installation and one star for adhesion that is mass production for ya

Not 100% ready to paint.
the quality and appearance of the product is good for $50. but if your going to paint it or if you care about details, you will have to sand and add bondo in some areas. mostly the seams and there were some dents and imperfections on mine. but for the money its okay.
