Took forever and ever to arrive, but when they finally did it simplified cleaning remarkably. Great for cleaning the dirtiest floor, including my kitchen floor that the cats are convinced needs lots of meat from canned cat food covering it. Dried meat can be a challenge to remove, but these with the steam will do it as well as my previous scrubbing with a brush did. Pretty powerful, eh?

It's nice to have replacement pads finally for our Sienna Luna although honestly these are somewhat cheaply made compared to the ones that come with the unit when you buy it. The velcro doesn't seem to stick well but they were inexpensive and will probably suffice for a dozen cleanings or so. We'll see.

They were just like the ones I received with my luna only a lot cheaper.

Cause I bought Sienna Luna Plus Steam Mop that broke I have to pay 5.99 to return these. I didn’t even open the package, I guess I will never follow what is recommended in case it breaks you have to pay for shipping to return a product you don’t need and have never been used
