I’m a charcoal bbq enthusiast and bought this to use in my Weber Kettle along with my Flame Tech Smoke and sizzle. Perfect for lighting coals for the Minion Method. Put a tumbleweed fire starter in the ball, place it in the corner, fill with coals, and ignite. Wouldn’t want to be without it!

I like that you just put 2 fire starters in it, light it, place inside the pit and through some charcoal over it and it lights the charcoal pretty quickly without chocking out the fire. I would definitely recommend this product to others

Easy to maintain good airflow for the start leading to a fast high quality fire.

Does what it says it will do no matter has far down I put it the cage keeps everything away for air flow.

Bought 2 for large Big Green Egg and 1 for Kamado Joe Jr. Put a FOGO tumbleweeds fire starter in the cage and then bury in lump charcoal. BOOM!!! Guaranteed lit charcoal :)
