Mindfulness Skills for Kids: Card Deck and 3 Card Games

I am so very happy with the Mindfulness Skills for Kids Deck! I have been using it with kids aged 6-11 years on a regular basis since I ordered the cards and it is enjoyed by all! Even kids who might be resistant to me instructing them to do an activity, enjoy following the prompts on the cards, selecting cards from the different color options which give them different types of activities, and even using them to give me instructions to do the activity in our sessions as well. I highly recommend that therapists, teachers, and parents consider adding this product to their supplies of fun, skill-building, and shared positive moments games.

I love these cards. I took them along on a recent family trip to Orlando to use at random times and they came in so handy! The cool thing is, I used them more for myself than my kids. They are really gentle and, as an empath, that is exactly what I need. I teach mindfulness myself and I love these cards and Deb's work. I highly recommend these cards! Easy, quick, and stress relieving!

I originally bought this for our 5yo daughter, but our 3yo daughter was quick to jump in and participate. Then, our 12yo daughter decided to facilitate with both of them....they had so much fun and it sparked their creativity!

For kids between 7-9 yrs old, they actually did better when an app because they could see it, hear it, and focus better. By having them eventually learn how how do it on their own, it was not as effective such as these cards.

One of the best mindfulness resources out there for elementary school students! Each practice takes only a couple of minutes to do and then to discuss with the class!

Bought three sets of these for grandchildren for Christmas! Very cool cards!!! We are having fun with them!

I am looking forward to using this item in my classroom.

Product damaged as it arrived. I can’t imagine what lead to product damage, it doesn’t make sense that a box of cards can get smashed that bad. But it happened.A card contain a short activities to help promote mindfulness game. But I think the size is a little too big for a young kid. But the font is big enough to read in the current size card

Good quality cards, great for kids to use.

This was a present for my sister who is studying to teach mindfulness to kids and she said that they are excellent cards and very "complete" in every way, compared to others she has used. A definite 5 star for this one!
