Erythritol - a safe sugar alternative
When I want a cool flavour, I use erythritol. Now it is also added to Lakanto. I'm not sure why, but it may make it easier to pour. If you have read any of my other reviews, you will see I have an enormous 'sweet tooth.' That is why I probably have 5 gold teeth!

Great sweetner!
Good price for what you get as it is much higher cost in the stores and you get a whole lot less. Taste is good and don't seem to notice much of a cooling effect. It is also easy to make it powdered in a coffee grinder for recipes that call for powdered if need be. Would definitely purchase from this seller again.
