Blepharitis
I feel lucky I found this. I've been suffering from blepharitis, probably caused by demodex mites. I read on Wikipedia that hypochlorous acid had been shown to be effective against this, and after some research I finally found Natrasan. My eyes have improved so much since I started using it! There are even days when it's like they are completely normal. I must say I've tried other products with hypochlorous acid and for some reason they haven't been as effective for me as Natrasan, so I encourage people to keep trying with other brands if the first one doesn't work for you.This is my routine (mornings and nights before going to sleep):1. Clean eyelids and area around eyes with blepharitis swipes. I've stopped using tea tree oil swipes and stuck to gentler formulas and it's working fine, but I you want to combine it with TTO maybe they help (but I'd try not using them for a extended period of time, it seems to me they are a bit aggressive for the skin).2. Apply three sprays of Natrasan on a cotton pad, and apply it on your closed eye lids and, very important, on your eyelashes, from their roots to their ends. Hypochlorous acid has the same pH of your eyes so it's completely safe for your eyes, mouth or open wounds, and doesn't even sting.And that's it. I hope it will help other people like it helped me. I suffer from seborrheic dermatitis and had read hypochlorous acid could help to alleviate it as well but sadly it hasn't worked for me. Maybe someone has tips on how to use it for that?Anyway, wonderful product.

Excellent ‘no sting’ antiseptic.
I’d heard a GP on tv recommend this product, suggesting to spray on inside of face mask. I sent for the spray and the travel size. Have to say it seems very good. I’ve used it young ones cuts and grazes and there is no stinging, which is a bonus with children. I feel confident in using it and would recommend it to others.

Excellent product, speedy efficient service and delivery.
I’ve bought this product early on in the lockdown and this is a repeat order so I am more than pleased with it. It’s antibacterial, antifungal and, most importantly, antiviral. I bought a two-pack initially, one for the house and a smaller one that I keep in the car to use after I’ve been shopping. Speedy, efficient processing of the order too.

Useful product to have!
My sister told me about this product as a client who has a compromised immune system told her about it being really helpful to her helping to protect her by using it to help keep her hands germ free etc.. My sister then used it in conjunction with tea tree oil to treat her hubby's fungal nails and she said it is working so I bought some for my mum to use in the same fashion as I thought it worth a try! A useful product for protecting yourself from hidden nasties around.

This is amazing. I have suffered for the past 2 years with recurrent eye infections. I use this morning and night to cleanse my eyes (spray on a cotton pad and wipe) and if my eyes feel like they need an extra cleanser day I will use. I have used this for the past 3 months and so far so good as I used to get eye infection once a month. I have also started to use this under my mask as I work frontline for the nhs, it is helping to keep my skin clear of maskne. Definitely recommend

LID BROKE.
The lid of the larger bottle broke straight away. Still useable but not good.

Excellent product to have to hand.
My first purchase of this product and it won't be my last. I have exudation on my leg and, whilst I am advised that it usually ceases, I am concerned not to get infection whilst it heals. The spray is easy to use and, I am sure, has assisted the healing process. I apply, allow to dry and then dress with Melolin.
