Standard quality brown baking parchment
I received the brown version (other reviews suggest some got white and some got brown, not sure why this would matter). It is of the same quality as the standard baking parchments I have bought from supermarkets in the past. The advantage however is that it is a much larger roll (and better value for money) and the width of the roll is large enough to cover the whole length of a baking sheet, so that you only need to roll out the equivalent of the width of your baking sheet in order to cover the entire baking sheet with the paper. So it is economical. The "built-in" serrated strip that tears off the sheet neatly is good quality and gives a clean tear (not always the case with some brands where you end up with a ragged tear rather than a neat even edge). The box/sleeve it comes in is sturdy enough to last long from what I can see... thicker cardboard rather than the standard one layer thin cardboard box smaller rolls come in. Make sure you have space to store it though, it is very large, as I said, much longer than the regular parchment paper rolls, and the box is about 4 times bigger. I recommend this roll for those who use baking parchment very regularly and who have room to store this roll. If you are looking for extra thick parchment paper or a superior quality to the bog standard rolls, this will not suit you.

Great for most uses
I've used this for upto 220 degrees baking and it works absolutely fine. It's a decent bargain. The only downside is it is a bit more easy to break than the white stuff (i.e. when picking things out of pans using the paper with only small amounts of paper to grip onto). Other than that... this is pretty good. Not sure why so many people complain it burns etc. Have seen no sign of that for baking loaves of sourdough or cookies or other. I will probably buy again since it's such a big roll, it keeps me well stocked for a long time at an attractive price. Be warned it is MASSIVE :).

Value for money
I'm a householder not a retailer. We couldn't get baking paper during lockdown and we use it a lot so I went on line and found this. I thought I would take a punt. Its brilliant!! The box has a really good serrated edge which if you hold the roll still while using it, is just perfect. The paper is really good too. Price wise it compares very well with super market prices in fact probably better. An added bonus, as a Yorkshire man who is now a southern softy, when I tracked the package it started out in Bridlington. I can recommend this with confidence, this is my second purchase.

gros rouleau de papier sulfurisé
Ce papier cuisson est top! il ne brule pas et sa grande largeur permet de couvrir la plaque du four.Par contre le rouleau est énorme et comme il est très large il est encombrant pour le ranger dans un tiroir.

Papier cuisson Baco professionnel 450 mm
C ' est un très bon papier cuisson , de qualité professionnelle . Je lui reproche néanmoins de garder sa rigidité mouillé (il n'absorbe pas d'eau) , alors que je pensais l'utiliser comme le fait parfois Jaimie Oliver , en le mouillant avant d'envelopper du pain naan, ciabatta ou autre pour le réchauffer au four ; mais il est trop rigide pour cela.
