Works like it should. Thought the base would be more shaped like the crescent moon. Cute concept but a little pricey.

The only complaint I have is that the base of the lamp that is crescent shaped looked much thinner in the pics, so when you're looking at it straight on, it's just a big white bowl almost and bulky. I solved this by just setting it up on a corner of my desk and angeling it. The light is lovely and does actually float and rotate!!! I love it! It's really great.

This is a beautiful and well-made piece! Definitely read the directions as it won’t float properly until you plug it in and turn it on. It takes a little bit of a knack to create a steady spin without a wobble, but the wobble eventually works itself out. It’s very relaxing. My only wish is that the top cap were less defined. This is not as much of an issue when you look at it straight on, but if the lamp is sitting low, as mine is, you can really see it. It’s still a wonderful piece and I’m still going to get a ton of use out of it! I have him next to my astronaut figurine and it just makes for a joyful spot in my home :-) this would be a great gift
