👩🏻🍳👩🏻🍳👩🏻🍳 Home Pressure cooking trusted USA seller- brand and designer with 24/7 customer service. NOTE: I do not market this pan or list it as LEAK PROOF. In my experience, all Spring form pans can leak marginally or a tad. DO NOT do a water test and expect it to pass. I always recommend using tin foil on the outer bottom of the pan to ensure if any leakage, you will not have it in your oven, or pot. This is a two in one pan. Spring form and Bundt. 👩🏻🍳👩🏻🍳👩🏻🍳The Bundt portion of the pan is NOT as tight as the flat piece. Use with caution and tin foil on the outer bottom. Tips Always assemble your spring-form pan on a flat surface. This will prevent any bending or damage to the base and any ridge at the bottom of the rim that helps insure against leaks. Before clasping your spring-form rim, make sure the base is sitting properly in any ridge or edge at the bottom of the rim. Line the outside of the pan with aluminum foil to help keep batter from leaking out, Expect all spring form pans to leak a bit, especially if you’re using a very light batter. And the more intricate the design of the spring form pan, the more likely it will leak. It’s normal, so take the above mentioned precautions and line the outside bottom of your pan. Line the base with parchment paper before you start baking, instead of having to serve your cake on the spring-form base. Store your spring form pans fully assembled, and neatly stowed to prevent denting. DO NOT attempt to make a FLAN or EGGS in a Spring form Pan.

Yummy! Instant Pot Lemon Cake!
Awesome sauce!! Well. Not sauce. But an awesome pan. Great color, easy to clean. Perfect size for in my Instant Pot.I made a Lemon Cake in my IP, and it came out great!CAKE* 1 cup lemon fruit filling* 1 egg* 1 cup lemon cake mix* 1/2 tsp baking powderGLAZE* 1/2 cup confectioners powdered sugar sifted* 1 tbsp lemon juicemaking theLEMON CAKE* Add the lemon fruit filling and an egg to a mixing bowl and mix together thoroughly with a whisk.* Fold the cake mix and baking powder into the wet ingredients with a spatula. Make sure to use ONLY 1 CUP of cake mix and do not use a whisk or an electric mixer for this part. Be careful not to over mix. You want the batter to remain somewhat lumpy.* Spray a small 6" x 2" cake pan with the cooking spray and pour the cake batter into the pan.* Tightly cover the cake pan with aluminum foil.* Add 2 cups of water to the Instant Pot and place the cake pan in the Instant Pot using the trivet.* Set the Instant Pot on 'Manual' or 'Pressure Cook', High Pressure for 40 minutes.* Once the cook time has completed, allow for a 15 minute NPR (natural pressure release).* After the pressure has been released and the pin has dropped, open the pot and carefully remove the cake from the pot.* Remove the foil from the cake pan, then place the cake on a cooling rack and allow the cake to cool.* After the cake has cooled, pour the glaze over the top of the cake to fully cover.

Don't judge book by the cover. More than a pretty face here.
I wrote a Negative review on little one. I fixed a recipe and leaked out of the bottom of pan. Had more in my instant pot than in the pan😡.I was contacted by Debbiedoo's Home Pressure Cooking with a wonderful and concerned e-mail about my unhappiness. Just a few honest questions and answer between the two of us we came down to the agreement it could be the 1in a 1000 manufacturing anathema that happens. Debbiedoo's offered to send me a new bundt pan,no charge,no shipping. The treatment, and letter were so nice and down-homeish I was left with no other choice but to abdicate and wait for it's arrival. My WHOLE new kit came a few days later. Out can the instant pot. Had everything I needed to assimilate first recipe tried in first pan. Retraced my prep steps, then waited. Wally! No leaks! Just the way things should be. The veracious of The Debbiedoo's Home Pressure Cooking group has quashed any and all of my past boo-hoo's.im very happy this was able to be turned around to be a VERY positive thing for all. FIVE STARS for careing about me (the custermer) FIVE STARS for honesty, which means a lot. FIVE STARS for being on the Amazon Team and another FIRE STARS for just being good"ole" nice folks. Thank you Debbiedoo's ♥️

Cute but can't get it back together…...
I haven't actually USED this yet, but….I can't seem to get it back together once I opened up the parts. I'll keep working at it, but no clue why it won't stay put together. It's cute, it's a bit smaller than I thought it would be, but that's okay. Less dessert to eat! I'll be working on using it in the next week or two.ETA: I still have not used it, but found that I've been too far away from baking these last few years that I didn't realize the item has ONE top at a time…well, really it is the bottom. Flat cakes, bundt cakes. So changed the starts from 3 to 4. Once I use it I will know if I should change it to a 5. Sure is a cutie!

Nice set for baking in the pressure cooker
I ordered this set for use with my Instant Pot 6qt. I made a pineapple upside down cake with the springform pan and it turned out beautifully. I appreciate the bundt insert but haven't tried it yet. The rack doesn't fit well if you want to use it with the springform pan -- I used the rack that came with my Instand Pot and that worked much better to seat the pan properly and lift it out. The silicon gripper is handy and works well. Too bad you don't get 2 with this set. I don't care for the burnt orange color of the springform pan, but that's just personal preference.

Food gets stuck in grooves
Disappointed. What I received had chunk of Teflon missing from the middle. I understand that sometimes things happen and you get a bad apple every once in awhile. I had planned on asking for a replacement. But I thought, since I have it- why not test it first to make sure it works properly.I cooked a spice box cake (hand mixed as the lady suggested) in my IP Duo V2 for 35 mins. It came out great- moist and dense, almost like a bread pudding texture. No docked stars here. But, it leaked some. I did the upside test to make sure it was sealed, but cake still snuck through. And it got into the grooves of both of the pan pieces. No big deal, right? This comes with mother of all brushes! WRONG!! I scrubbed this thing for over 30 minutes using both ends of scrubbing brush. The pick part doesn’t even fit in th lid groove very well. There is still food in there!!! Aghhh! So frustrated. I gave up. I’m ashamed to say it, but it’s true. This pan has conquered me.Don’t believe me? Check out my pictures. The Instant Pot is suppose to be helpful and quick. Making things easier and lessening the load for me. This pan is the opposite of that.Returning this and getting a regular bundt pan.

Nice Springform Pan with Options
This springform pan is perfect for use in the Instant Pot & air fryer. It is good quality, & has a non-stick inner surface. I do spray the pan with Baker's Joy & have never had any problem with sticking. I especially like that the pan has 2 separate bottoms - one is flat which is great for cheesecakes & the other is a tube type bottom that is slightly domed & has a design which is great for making a fancy Bundt type cake.

Good Pan :)
I used the bundt pan yesterday to make a cake and was prepared that the pan may leak a little. It did leak a bit into my instant pot BUT not enough to make a difference in my cake. I think overall it was worth the money. I would watch Debbies Facebook video on how to know when the pan is attached correctly and how to connect the bundt pan so it leaks to a minimum.

Exactly what I was looking for
Love this springform pan for my 6 quart instant pot. I like that it has interchangeable bases, and the outer band seals well. The included parchment paper rounds and cleaning brush have come in very handy as well.
