Absolutely love this. It's very useful in the passenger seat of the car and helps me hold all the kids things that they can't like drinks, CDs, DVDs, books, snacks, etc.

Just bought the unit, so long term wear and tear cannot be commented on. I like the unit though as it has so much space for my two kids to share. The bottle holders are big enough (while still secure) to allow my kids easy access.
