I received a free ARC copy of this book to give my unbiased review of the content.I really liked the book. I'm not super into triva books but the information in this book was very interesting. I really like learning new things and I think that if Manchester and football happen to come up during a trivia contest I'll definitly have more of an edge than some of my friends. When I first started reading this book I didn't know much about the city. I was shocked to find out that the city was founded as a way to help reduce gang violence and alcoholism. Each chapter of the book is dedicated to a different field position in football, soccer here in the US, and it was easy to follow each section of the book. As a person who isn't super into football, I was still able to find the book interesting to read. There is a lot of information about different players in the book. This book has facts about how famous players got started in the industry. It also talks about players stats as well as if they have records in the league. I love that there are quotes from players at the beginning of each chapter. It gives a bit of life to the book and you can see how the players feel not only about the sport but for their teammates as well. I definitly think that if you are into football that this book would be a good read.

Apart from the cost, there are many other aspects to consider like quality, writing style, readability and it should be a cornucopia of useful information. All these you can find in this book.Because of their many winnings, it's hard to keep up with Manchester City's achievements. Therefore, this book. This book is a great way to test your knowledge and learn new facts, or maybe impress your friends and family. It covers a wide range of topics, from history to culture to stadium to the managers and players. The questions come in multiple choice so it's challenging but still simple to answer. These trivia can be used for a game night but it is also not bad for a solo challenge if you just want to exercise your mental muscle. The level of difficulty ranges from beginner to expert. The questions and answers are written in an entertaining style so, you can really expand your knowledge about Manchester City and have fun at the same time with this book. If you're looking for the perfect trivia book to add to your collection, this is it.

If you're a Manchester City, or general Premier League fan, this book offers a wealth of Man City trivia. The introduction does a good job of giving an overall history of the club, and the trivia questions span many topics. I would've preferred some background on each question as well, but if you want some trivia to stump (or impress) your friends, this is the book for you.

To start off, it is what it is claimed: a book of trivias, specifically for the Premier League.You could tell the excitement of the author in the introduction- It easily infects the reader. So much that all points its exclaiming are like this!!!However, with the introduction starting off good, I’ve expected the energy to match the rest of the book. The book would do a lot better if included with graphics, and some features like “Did You Know” and different ways to test the reader’s knowledge - like a crossword puzzle, a Match A to B. Lots of opportunities have been missed with the exercises that can be related to football.If your intention is to gain deep knowledge on facts and history of Manchester Premier League, then this book is for you. You’re diving straight to the facts, and will test you what you know, then will give out the detailed answers- which is pretty nice.Overall, this book is good for people who are avid fans or with intermediate knowledge on English football. But for people who just wants to get started with the Manchester football universe, they might want to skip this for now.

This is a fun quick read that is packed with interesting facts and information. Even if you don't follow Manchester City, it is engaging and informative.

I am not a huge soccer fan, but I can really appreciate the knowledge of football and the fun facts that are associated with the league in itself. I believe they provided really interesting facts and trivia questions that would keep the reader entertained. Would be nice if they added just a bit more color or graphics for some of the teams or even stadiums. However, they do get straight to the point and provide a ton of questions that you can quiz anyone on. Anyone who loves the sport will have a great time with this book and the other collections as well.

This book is truly filled with trivia and information regarding Manchester City and the Premier League. The beginning did a great job at sucking the reader in, and keeping the reader's attention. Although as the book goes on, the information and writing seemed to drone on. The information and trivia were excellently written, but introducing more interacting ways to keep the reader's attention would be beneficial.
