Customer. Service
The company and Lee leeke have been wonderful. The first TV did not work. Lee had another one delivered within a couple of days. Lee has also been in close contact, making sure I received a new one, the TV has a beautiful picture. I am very pleased with the service.

Missing power cord
Power cord missing for 12 v set up. Called costumer service, & they sent the wright cord out. Received cord one week later. Thank you for your service. TV works great.

Great road trip / tailgate TV!
Check out the picture quality just using the TV’s built in antenna! I was pleasantly surprised with the picture and sound quality! We actually bring this with us for our kids out of town sporting events. I just open the back of the SUV plug into my cigarette outlet, scan for channels and then we are up and running to watch college or NFL ball. So convenient and nice and light to bring with you. I would certainly recommend if you are looking for tailgating, camping or RVing!

Great TV - Not so good instructions
Picked up more channels than our old one Great picture. Book is totally wrong about how to program FM radio. Almost returned it as defective until I realized that another button (not in book instructions} did the job. Primary good point is that it operates on 12 volt power in an RV. Recommend the unit overall just use the red key-not the menu key to program FM.

Worked once. Customer service replaced it promptly.
We purchased this as Used- Very good. Tried to save $40. It worked for one day. Next time we went to use it, it will not work. I contacted the manufacturer since it was out of the 30 day amazon return window, and they replaced the unit within 4 days. That is great customer service!! I would give the tv 4 stars, but will give them 5 because of the service they provided. Thank you!
