Lid just sits on top - doesn’t seal or stay in place.Cylinder makes great mini ice cubes - I make mine using cold brew coffee, and they’re great to not dilute my morning iced coffee.

Super easy to use and very handy. Doesn’t take up much space in the freezer and perfect for half a glass of little bitty ice cubes. I will be getting another for coffee cubes and pickle juice cubes.

Works. Can't get how much water to put in. Freezes enough for only one glass.

This lo-tech gadget does exactly what it says it will do: makes mini-ice cubes. Even very young grandchildren could help remove the cubes and had fun doing so.

This can be a good alternative if you have a small freezer and no ice maker. It is also kind of fun to roll it to make the ice come out. However, I found other tray/containers that I liked better that were more efficient, and fit in the fridge better. This didn't sit flat after frozen, it also warps, as you can see in the first picture.It came with two flat pieces of rubber that look like the may be lids, but they don't actually stay on the container, so I am not sure what they are used for.The ice is a really nice size for bottles, they even fit in store bought bottles.

I like this overall, but I find it difficult to figure out how much water to put in when filling it, and the lid is SO hard to get off once it's frozen. The ice is easy enough to get out once you do get the lid off, but I would only recommend this if you really really don't have enough room for trays.
