Works as it should. Remote control function is excellent.

Not a very precise machine but powerful. It has a tendency to freewheel in with no load and out with a load so prepare for those extra 4"+ inches of line when you let off the button. The BIGGEST let down was I was expecting to use it straight out of the box and..... The remote didn't come with a battery and they use one of those half AAA size batteries instead of the popular button battery so I couldn't use the remote when I needed it. There is no safe reading to put the controls on the machine itself since you're putting yourself into the danger zone when operating but I needed to without a remote.

Worked perfectly until the remote cable broke from a very weak tug. I used this to haul an 800lb Harley motorcycle up into a U-Haul and it did it wonderfully with no issues. I only returned it because the remote cable broke, rendering the remote useless.

For the price, I wasn’t expecting the best of the best, but something decent that would at least finish the job.Unfortunately, the thing stopped working within the first 10 minutes of use.While I didn’t expect it to work at its supposed total rating, I figured it would be able to pull some yard waste across the lawn. However, it struggled pulling a few branches.The housing feels cheap, the buttons feels sloppy, there’s a 1-2 second delay from when a button is released and the motor stops.The motor is really loud and has a grinding noise.The included wireless remote is a nice idea, unfortunately, the remote uses an obscure battery type, that’s not even included.It would have been great if the remote used a AAA battery instead.I would avoid this particular one and look for something else, even if it costs a bit more.

Strong and pulled my hot tub around the deck with ease so I could make repairs.Not the most solid overall but for that price is great value !

We recently purchased this product to hoist materials on a job site. We use it a lot, it works great. Definitely a good buy, comes with a remote as well.

This is something I didn't think I needed until I got it. I use it to load my snow thrower into the bed of my truck so I don't have to lift it up in there. Work smarter, not harder! It does go slow, but it works like a charm. I really like the long cord for the controller so I can manuever the thrower as it goes up my ramp if I need to. I think it pulls too much power to use the built-in outlet in my truck but I am going to try it, and extra points if it works. It will be even more convenient if this is the case...
