Easiest Clean-up Ever
I love these Green pan ceramic cookware. They are truly no stick. My steaks came out beautiful with grill marks and cooked to medium rare perfection. Just be careful with the heat settings. I find medium or low heat is all that's needed, the pan gets real hot real fast.

Wife loves this.
Cookware has finally stepped up. This is truly non-stick and feels like it is not going into my food. We like it.

Takes some getting used to
The first time I used it, I was thinking about sending it back because it just didn't heat up enough using the Medium heat they suggested. But I decided to give it one more try. I have a gas range, so I tried turning the heat up a little higher and it worked better. I also found out not to use too much oil or it'll separate and form big globs of it. The best thing is to spread a thin coat on with a brush or paper towel. Now it works great and I'm quite happy with it.

Good Pans
I like these pans. They are not too heavy. They wash easily. I keep buying different sizes because they meet my needs. Love the glass lids so I can see how food is cooking. After many months of using the frypan, my eggs are still sliding in the frypan. I make sure to coat the frypan with olive oil or butter before using it. I had always wanted to use nonstick ceramic. For many years, I used the very expensive nonstick pans. I know how they perform. I wanted to try something different. I have boiled eggs and cooked rice in the pans, and the pans are easy to wash afterwards.

Great for stir fry
I got this to replace a non-stick pan that was wearing out. I chose it because of the non-PFA finish. It conducts heat well, to the point that I use a lower temperature now when stir frying. It is easy to clean. I plan on trying a skillet next.

Bulge in Center of Pan When Purchased
Previous to this purchase I had tried the Oxo Good Grips and the Tramontina Primaware (Walmart) griddle pans. Having read previous reviews I tested these pans with a straight edge before using them and returned them because they had a bulge in the center. I ordered the more expensive GreenPan hoping it would not have this defect, but it was actually the worst - the center of the pan was about 1/8" higher than the sides. One common denominator of the 3 pans I've returned is the stamp on the bottom. Makes sense that if this is imprinted at the end of the manufacturing process it causes the pan to bulge. Apparently few people care, probably because the bulge won't affect cooking most foods. But I want my oil coat to be even on the bottom of the pan and don't want to cook my eggs on the edge of the pan.A cast iron skillet pan might be a better bet, but I like the light weight and non-stick surface of these types of pans. Will keep looking, but probably taking my straight edge into local stores to check the pans before I buy rather than buying online and returning them.

does not work on induction
very annoyingly this is an old model which does work on induction and posting it back will cost a fortune
