Using mine in an Old Smokey Electric Smoker. I cut 3 of them. Two to cover the top rack (get full coverage with two) and one covers the bottom rack and use racks upside down and the screens are kind of held in place with the rim of the rack. These are very ez to clean and work well in the Old Smokey for chicken wings, vegetables, fish, ribs, etc.

These screens are a perfect fit for the racks in my Little Chief smoker. I put them on the “upside down” side of the smoker racks and they fit perfectly and won’t slide off if I tip the racks a little. I used them for smoked salmon with a maple syrup glaze. The screens worked perfectly, no salmon slipped through, and the screens cleaned up easily with warm soapy water and a quick brush with my kitchen hand and nail brush.

Exactly what I was looking for

This product is very nice. It makes smoking meat and fish a lot similar. These are dishwasher safe, as I have run them through the dishwasher on high heat several times without any issues. The only thing that I had a problem with was that I had one partially melt while smoking. I had the heat set at 250°F and it was on the rack closest to the heating element (electric smoker). I solved the problem by smoking only on the rack furthest away from the element. In addition, I can stack the racks on top of each other while smoking.I really liked this product and bought a set for my father. He thinks that they are great as well.

I like these but word of warning do not use a pressure wash on them as it'll tear right through the netting.

I used these for smoking salmon. They worked wonderfully: although the salmon got very tender but I was able to remove them from the smoker in one piece as they came off the 'Little Chief' very easily. This is good: we do not loose any of the tasty morsels to the grill itself and the presentation of the whole filet is greatly enhanced.One issue I ran into is the part of the 'Little Chief' that extended beyond the smoking grates (into the area where the hot air rises up to the smoking chamber) browned and curled up a bit. I smoke the salmon at 200 deg for 2 hours.

Perfect size and temp rating for Little Chief. These are non stick and clean up well.They're low temp polyethylene so do heed the max 250F warnings - particularly as many hotter smokers can easily "runaway" to 350+I take their recommendation and sprayed them with PAM Grill Spray in advance. Jerky and other meats come right off and the racks clean right up.As solid polyethylene they'll take a lot more abuse than the plastic covered fiberglass screens.Very highly recommended for the Little Chief. You get 4 screens.

In response to the other reviews of them arriving curved/bowed. Mine were. They came in a soft package without specific "do not bend" wording, so my mail lady did put them in our mailbox. It's winter so they were very cold by the time the mail was brought in. I just laid them on the table with a heavy container on them for the night so they could warm and flatten. Next day, they were perfectly flat. I'll order again if I ever need more.

Great does as it supposed too.

I bought these so that it would be easier to smoke chunks of candied salmon without worrying about smaller pieces falling through the bars of the racks. The screens work well and clean well. They are quite slippery on the racks so just be sure when carrying the racks and screens with your salmon on them that you pinch them together carefully. I have a front loader so it is easily done when working rack by rack...I would worry they would slip around as you pull out a top loading smoker unless you were really careful to keep things completely level...I haven't looked at whether zap strapping the screens to the racks would make sense. I don't think I will bother doing it for my front loader.

The only problem i find with these is that i wish they were a little thicker but other then that they are amazing
