I received the necklace next day but didn’t check it until today, the eve of Mother’s Day to find the necklace I’d bought for my grandson to give his mum (my daughter) for Mother’s Day was broken. I’ve returned it and ordered another hoping it will be arriving in the morning in time for Mother’s Day and the returned necklace refunded asap. I gave it 1 star being optimistic the next one will be in tact.
