I love the product! Worth the money. It gives my neck a 15-minute relaxation while i'm working at the front of the computer. The unit uses electric nerve stimulation by means of a low voltage pulsed current, causing the muscle contract and relax. At first the electric pulses scared me as I never used anything like this before and it was a new feeling but I went through some of the modes and intensity and I found one which is perfectly relaxing me. The heat function is great to, it warms my neck which also helps my muscles to relax. It fits well on my neck which is smaller and usually too small for massagers but thanks to the movable electric pads is also suitable for a larger neck. The battery life is great and I like that it is timed and shuts off on its own. I typically use the neck massager 4-5 times a week and I only had to charge it twice in a month. I recommend it if you need a good neck massager.
