Just what I wanted.
I was looking for earphones that I could use while sleeping on my side . These are the only ones I bought that are perfect to sleep with. They have a nice midrange so I can hear speaking clearly. They are light and comfortable. I listen to mostly ambient music and these are perfect for that.

Another low quality product
FINAL UPDATE (Jul-6): the local reps were persistent, even though I asked NOT for new product, and they sent anyway, so I should update here. Everything is still as is, I bumped up 1 star for CS sending complete new set after refund.Ear pieces snap in and you feel them click lock in on the SE (3.5mm stereo) cable. They do not feel securely locked in nor do I get that nice sweet click when using BO (2.5 mm balanced output) cable, and it feels like they will fall off the BO cable when you try adjusting position. They do fit the ears the best of all the middle tier or budget ones (Shure and Sennheiser fit great). Audio sound seems well reproduced throughout most of my music selection for testing highs, mids, lows and how I like it to sound. The major negative is NOT MMCX (which would have minimized the impact I experienced for warranty replacement - I would have used my own harness and applied for a new harness as a warranty) - where by if I need to use the SE cable I would want one without a useless mic and higher impedance - especially for the BO cable, and a 4.4 mm plug, not 2.5mm (some companies have replaceable plugs, some even have DAC/amps built in). MMCX would have allowed for existing specs to be used and only need for tooling (which you already need) and proprietary engineering dollars could have improved the “speakers” making them better and likely outperforming entry level units for high end competitors like Shure, MEE, Sennheiser, B&O (maybe not), others.Great potential if they ever moved to MMCX .FINAL UPDATE (Jun-16):I did receive a refund. I was told a replacement was sent (after more than 1 week I only received the refund - at least).Review of what worked: You get a large case (too large) for buds and 2 thin cables, 1 adapter for the PC (3.5 mm SE with mic).BO (balanced output) is superior to SE (single ended), and you get both cables - unfortunately they are NOT MMCX (I find it a waste to invest in proprietary cables since MMCX has been around - both the company and consumer). The SE cable has a mic (another waste - again, all investment should be in sound reproduction, forget the crap) and feels like a synthetic silicone outter that has a high friction and tacky feeling that easily gets hung up and the cable is very thin. The BO has the appropriate number of leads, and again are extremely thin (companies are going in the wrong direction with cables - thicker and more copper is better, not thinner and less). Fiio cables are 2-3 times thicker, more copper and better conduction and less noise, etc. - as an example; there are a lot of inexpensive high quality cables out there. Finally, the speakers themselves sound much like my old Zune earphones, so I don’t get more. The only end pieces I could get a good seal with are the double high hat - the regular foam or silicone s/m/l pieces never made a good seal. I always get a good seal from my Shure and I tried Sennheiser and get a good seal (poor sound). If they were MMCX, I would say they are probably worth trying. The only good brand is the new Aonic Shure to try; all others fail because they don’t seal, clunky and fall out (poor design), sound terrible, proprietary cabling. The purest you will get is with a good tight seal and BO cabling.UPDATE:I was contacted only after this review. I am supposed to receive a refund (maybe not after this update, what about Customer Service don’t these people and companies get?) The US support wants to send a replacement cable. What is even more upsetting than being ignored and passed around, and then being asked what the issue is when it was already posted for the world to see (so, you did not read any of it?), is now they still act as if this is my doing by this statement from the opening of their last response (so, as I stated, the Amazon Contact Seller got me there! So, do I need to debug the Amazon website code also?):“ I'm really sorry, we are the customer support of SoundMAGIC Brand Amazon team, but my team is only responsible for customer service for Amazon US. The customer support you've contacted in the UK is not our customer service staff from the same company, they are most been a local distributor or other companies in the UK. If you reached them, it will be an internal matter for their company and I have no way to contact them. So this gives rise to the very annoying thing you describe.”——————Brand new and BROKEN. Can not connect R earphone to post on BO cable because it is broken (and I do not use SE because lower quality sound). L and R earpieces snap in on L post; R is broken.Used Amazon to contact seller and it put me in touch with their UK tech support that says call China. NO!I went to their website (in Chinese), so I click EN and put a Report in the system and it will not submit (I put the anti robot code in, all fields filled, Chinese error message and it never submits). You get no specs until you receive the package and read the box (a very bit small for audio range). My Zune earphones have much more range and with the correct earpieces they have good isolation (not as good as my 20 year old Shures), as do my Fiio 5 earphones (clunky and only good to sit and listen, no sound isolation). 15-22k is about 1/2 as much as most on the market. Fiio gets out to 40k and so do many medium to high end units (per claims anyway). So, low quality, poor craftsmanship, no support. I think I will just get my money back. So nobody makes good wired earphones anymore - all low quality or low grade wireless. If the earphones truncat ZZ Top or Led Zepp then they can not handle the high or low of much high quality music (my library has over 100,000 tracks of 16 bit or 24 bit of no less than 96-192 on the SR). I have been a serious listener of almost all genres for 50 years and originated in vinyl and multi track tape - you can’t get better without the masters or being there.

Not too sure about the earhooks…
As far as design goes, I know they’re supposed to fit a certain way, but for me personally, they sit awkwardly on my ears, and at certain times when I am moving around with them on, they feel loose. But again, maybe it’s just me with that issue.Functionality on the mic buttons is responsive, and the design of it is easy to use. Phone calls are good, as long as you position the speaker properly with the included clip. Another nice thing is the extra set of wire plugs without a mic, in case you don’t want to have the mic on you. No difference in sound, just an ever so slightly lighter feel to the headphones when used.Sound is good, for when I do bring the buds themselves in a more, or should I say, less compromising position on my ears to listen to. Overall good medium sized room sound stage and even represented spectrum throughout. Volume is good, up until the point of extreme volume, depending on the genre of music you listen to.Overall I’d say they’re decent, just that whole comfort in wearing them issue for me. Probably better fitting for smaller ears, which I don’t have.

Nice monitors.
Nice monitor earbuds. Sound is on par for monitors. Very high end forward with mids that shine through (typical for monitor style). If you are a bass head you might want to stay away from these. Comfort is okay. I am not used to wearing monitors so they seem a little strange. They comes with an array of accessories......case, balanced high-fi cable (which has a small balanced male connection 2.5mm), foam and rubber ear fittings and an audio adaptor. These are more for professional use than everyday audio listening. Nice build quality.
