Really impressive product with awesome Customer Service.
I received the Osprey 700 pool cleaner and its very impressive. I have an inground play pool (approx.12000 gallons and 16ft x 30ft rectangle) with stairs and a depth from 3ft to 5 ft. The cleaner cleans very well and completes the job in about 90 mins leaving my pool floor and walls clean. It seems to run as long as long as 2 hours before settling in a corner of my pool. It picked up small pebbles, fine sand, leaves and and bugs without hesitation. I only use it about 2-3 times a week, since my yard only gets leaves from a neighboring yard. ( I would likely have to use it more in the fall)Initially, I didn't receive my quick charger, however after contacting Customer service via email, I received the quick charger in one day.( the email address seems to only be located in the quick sheet, not the user manual) My customer service experience was excellent.A couple of notes are the regular charger takes about 8 hours to charge but the quick charger cut the time to about 3.5 hours. Also, once the bot got stuck on the pool main drain near the end of the cleaning time and didn't make it back to the side wall, to park. Lastly, the stairs seem to tie the bot up sometimes and it takes about a minute for the bot to free itself. (It seems to get struck on stupid, but it will free itself without my intervention.)I am very interested to see how the cleaner works in the hotter weather but speculate that the bot should function just fine a long as I follow the usage guideline.

Not worth the money
I was excited to receive my Osprey 700 robot. I put it in and after 90 minutes it picks up hardly anything and it's time to charge it again. It's not worth the effort or money for the tiny amount of debris that it picks up. I kept thinking I was doing something wrong but I did what the slim instructions said. It's cute and well-built but for me, it's a waste of money. It's easier to sweep the floor then vacuum than to keep charging and putting this in the pool. My inground, vinyl liner pool is 40X18 and 7 ft deep.I have a Betta robot that skims the top of the pool and it has worked perfectly for a few years and it cost almost half of what I paid. It is not built as well as the Osprey (the 700 is heavy) but it picks up debris and that's the point.I'm checking to see if I can return it after using it 6 times. The only reason I used it that many times was hoping I was doing something wrong and it would get better.

Best small robot for the money
This robot does a fantastic job. It rarely gets stuck, is easy to clean, has good battery life and sucks up small to mid-size debris very well. It doesn’t usually climb our pool walls, but occasionally it will. I’m not sure what prevents it from climbing. It may be our vinyl liner or curved pool walls. If the wall climbing feature is important to you, you might want to research what the robot’s limitations are. Other than that, it’s fantastic! I would definitely buy it again.

One year life span
This worked great... for a year. And then stopped charging. I've reached out to the supplier for support multiple times and have heard nothing back. Pretty expensive for something that breaks after a year.

no support after the purchase .
Bought 14 months ago and the door latch broke. Can not buy or find the parts in stock anywhere. they never answer there phone. I've called 10 times and they hang up after a 3 min. hold ...Also it is not that great of a product. I would never buy again.. wish I would have researched better..

Great at picking up fine matter from the bottom.
This robot is great at getting into the corners and creases to pick up fine dirt and bugs that the leaf net does not pick up. The pattern is random but my 32x16 pool with ramp is spotless after about an hour and a half. Get the fast charger to cut the recharge time in half. Great device.

vacuum
This vacuum is not worth the money. It shoots the dirt out of the top vent, it doesn't pick up leaves. I am still trying to get the bottom of my pool clean. It takes to long to charge. I have been putting it in the pool twice a day to try to get it clean. still dirty after a week. I would not recommend this vacuum. Spend the money and get a Hayward vacuum. That comes with filters and picks up everything.
