I received my travel bolster and I’m in love!!! I’m using it as a lumbar support on my anti-gravity chair to do my lengthy homework. It's helped tremendously! Due to 2 herniated discs, severe stenosis and degenerative disc disease I can not sit in a regular chair for extended periods of time. I have recently started yoga and it’s slow going and uncomfortable due to my very tight hip and hip flexors from my back issues. I was pleasantly pleased that the travel sized bolster is a good size giving good firm but not rigid support so it helps maintain proper posture. I will be saving for the larger sized bolster as well and for another travel sized bolster to leave in my work locker.

Purchased this small bolster to carry to my yoga and pilates class. I had a spinal fusion and occasionally I need a little support. Excellent quality, would purchase again. Several of my friends have purchased this bolster and they really like it too.
