Very thin material
I can’t see that this bee suit would protect from a sting. The material is as thin as a cotton t-shirt. It also comes up very small.

You have to buy a size up
You have to buy a size up and bees penetrated the cloth material to bite

Great but i would order 2 sizes bigger than description
This nest was a pain there was a humm of activity. And this was the biggest nest i had to remove. I had used a spray i wanted to test out wich was great. But this suit is tight (ordered 1 size up from my size L but ordered xl) and it is still tight under the crotch and short around the ankles so if i was you order 2 size up. Works great DO NOT DO WHAT I DID TO TEST because i decided to put it to the full test by smashing this nest with my fist after spraying it a bit and i could hear them all over me as i sprayed and punched a few wasps. Some i could see stinging the gloves and the arms and i could hear them visciously attacking my rear and this suit did stand up to the test. One wasp put up a real good fight he swung left he swung to his right . Then dove in for a jab. Got blind sided by the spray though. So all in all does work ... Just dont be stupid

Generally a good item but I have been stung once when fully suited up.
Being stung comes with beekeeping and this suit is fine for the beginner. If I were keeping bees professionally, I would recommend a thicker suit.

Not robust enough
Bought this to clear a wasp nest in my loft. Fortunately the wasp killer had killed most, so it wasn't really put to the test. I don't think the material would be thick enough to stop a stick and probably best dowsing in ant powder first. The real downside is the head covering. It has no rigidity so the net sits on your face which would not stop a sting. Ideally to be worn with a small brim hat.Although the gloves are part leather, they are very cheap and thin and it wasn't long before the stitching came undo. I suppose you get what you pay for.
