I work in warehouse which requires to go through non-metallic gates to enter it. I used to eat by using metallic cutlery only and the idea of using plastic ones was not the choice for me as it contains harmful components which can leech into food. I was lucky enough to find wooden forks/spoons for me and my partner from this set. Of course the fork is not as sharp as metallic or even plastic one, so some food cannot be pierced. However, I got used to it and got very upset when the set started to crack. Nevertheless, it served me for 10 months long and it seemed fine for me as the wood is damaging after washing it, that is why it was easy to break it one day. Now I still have one spoon alive and would probably order a new set if it is going to be available.

Fun for a themed dinner party. (Viking, game of thrones etc)

Wooden kitchenwares sometimes do play funny as they could leave and mess up the food flavour. However, this set is completely a different case, which does not have the usual woody smells and is very smooth on the surface. Nice choice for children and adults.
