soft comfortable and light, tho heavy enough to hang well. sleeves lovely and loose, 3/4 length. runs a little small, large sits comfortable on a size 14, 17inch across the shoulder, but plenty of material so doesnt matter too much. 50inch length. hat fits head circumference 21inch and with elastic at the back probably stretch another inch. for tha reason the hat feels a little loose but will stay on with a kirby. good shape. arrived in a day. good service. good quality.

Fantastic quality for the price.

Bought these for all 3 of my daughters who are all different but they looked good and fitted equally well on all of them. Material better than I expected. A bit difficult to get the caps on initially but ok once mastered. Reasonably good value for money.

I purchased this gown and the Graduation mall gown for my virtual (at home) graduation courtesy of Covid19.Quality: Graduation mall was much better quality and had that good heavyish feel whereas the ashington gown felt slightly flimsy. The ashington material was still good though. Neither brand was see-through at all.Fit: The graduation mall gown felt more comfortable sitting around my shoulders however both brands were very big but i guess that's just grad gown style.Cap: The graduation mall cap fit more tight and comfortable around my head (possibly annoying for wearing for a few hours) whereas the ashington cap was longer and slightly more loose but both were great quality.Open/closed: The graduation mall zip was good quality but i preferred the ashington opening as i was going to wear my gown open and thought the zip would look a bit rubbishTassle: I preferred the ashington tassle as i think the gold 2020 for grad mall looked a bit tacky but thats just preferenceI would recommend both brands as they are great quality, its up to the smaller details of each customers preference.I ultimately kept the ashington gown as my friends had only purchased ashington gowns and i wanted us all to have the same style of gown for when we take pictures together after lockdown.

Bought for a lockdown graduation. Quality is good and fit is fine; but came with a huge rip under the arm where the seam isn’t stitched together.

Liked that my hood now has a gown and cap. I've moved through 5 countries and never had all the pieces of the PhD graduation kit except the hood, of course.

We are having a home graduation due the cancellation of all graduations. Good quality, very fast delivery. I would go down a size smaller as they do come up large. But a great buy and no issue as I had to return one due to the size.

This is excellent for the money. Looks really good. I was afraid it would look too polyester, cheap and shiny but it's none of these. It's lovely and light though ,(more flowing) and lovely for a hot graduation day. The mortar board is also a good fit and well made.
