Does what it says on the tin - and does keep the arms, shoulders & back in trim if you can't get to the range - or your range is closed for the duration of this pesky pandemic...

Good for beginners and for times when you can't go to the range.
I've bought this trainer to help me practise my form rather than strength building, as for me, the resistance is too light to develop muscles. However, this still provides enough resistance to simulate the form and to help develop muscle memory.This has helped when I was recovering from a light sprain in my wrist to help me keep up with my form practise. But would like if it was modular or had options for higher draw weight.

Band very thick for me so swopped it for a thinner one as I am a beginner and not pulling that much weight
