I’m training for a marathon and tested this product out. Every single time I didn’t take this post-run, I was so sore the next day and it took me a long time to recover. When I did take it, I felt great the next day!

After taking supplements for several months I did not see any results. I ordered both pre fine and post fine supplements and both bottles had been well past the expiration dates. Maybe that has something to do with its effectiveness. But I would appreciate if sellers informed buyers about when their supplements expire.

Love love love this. I have not had anything more than a little soreness after working out. Even used it while walking crazy amounts over a week at Disney with a he same results.

This stuff worked good for me. I wasn't sore at all after my workout. It was kind of weird though like I felt kind weak like my body was at ease.
