Unlike some other gel inserts, these provide a very noticeable arch support. I did not find the cushioning as soft as some other inserts but these are fine and will make a difference over what came with your shoe. If you are mainly concerned with arch support, these should provide that.

These insoles are ok, upon unboxing I noticed how rigid and still they are. The gel at the heel is barely noticeable when wearing it which doesn't really give a good cushion like feeling.It says it's high arch support in the pictures, but in the item description it says low arch. In my experience these are low arch as I did not feel any additional arch support.The rest of the insoles don't have much if any cushion to them either and actually quite hard to stand on. Being gel insoles I expected more of a cushion as I personally prefer more bounce when looking for an insert for my comfort and these fell short.The instructions tell you to cut to one size bigger first, then trim if needed which I'm glad I read because they fit perfectly without needing a trim, so take note of this tip before you cut them.The cupping heel forms nicely around the edge of my heel which is nice, and the non slip undercoating works well too.I stand on my feet all day walking an average of 13 miles in work shoes and these insoles didn't do much to aid in my comfort, these may be suited more for a work boot being so rigid and stiff.

Most of the shoes I own do not have enough support for my liking, so I am always looking for ways to improve my comfort and fit with products like these insoles. I was immediately impressed by the high quality finish and feel of these. They look like they would cost much more than the list price. I was able to cut them to my size and insert them into my shoes easily. I have only used them for a short time, but feel like these will definitely improve the comfort and fit of the shoes I inserted them in. These are the most unbearably uncomfortable insoles I’ve ever felt. There is a hard bulge right in the center of the foot. It doesn’t go all the way across to support the arch like other insoles, it’s just a round bulge right in the middle. It feels like you put a small marble under the insole before installing it. I had a friend try them to see if he thought any different and it couldn’t take it for more than a couple minutes. These may be good for some kind of very specific condition, but whatever it is they don’t work for me.
