Q: Has anyone used this on a white bathtub? I have a few 1/4" chips in the porcelain finish that I want to fix.

I used this on chips on white porcelain cups. It does show a little but has survived a year or so--even in the dishwasher. Put on in layers.

Q: How long does this take to fully dry (or cure) before one could use the shower it's being used to repair?

This product was used on a lavatory we don't use that often so was able to let it setup and dry several days before using it plus the repaired chip was along the edge and fairly well protected. Depending on location of the damaged area, I would say 24-48 hours would be long enough. If it's a shower floor that needs repaired, I think I would give it some extra time to cure before getting much water on it.

Q: Can this be used to fill in a crack on a ceramic/porcelain piece of art?

Depends on what it is and where it is on the art. If it is on an inconspicuous place on a statue-yes.
