I've been looking for a natural alternative to vitamin supplements, and the Shiva Organic 100% Natural Mustard Bee Pollen Granules fit the bill perfectly. The granules are rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, and they're easy to incorporate into my daily routine. My only minor complaint is that the packaging could be more eco-friendly.

Good quality. Starting me 8-10 grains lo, roj 1-2 grains increase kro, half teaspoon se jyada na lo. Inhone to upto 1 tsp likha hai, but wo jyada h9 jayega.

I couldn't return the product since the 7day return expired before I got the chance to taste it. The color texture seems darkened and old.. the taste is horrible stink.. has no expiry mentioned anywhere printed or embedded on the bottle and I wonder how it got ISO and GMP certifications. Bee pollen has an expiry date which I assume this one is not within its period.
