Yes they are good for injuries... but also fast chilling a bottle of wine!
I keep these indoors (and in the car) for both injuries, and for day trips, when you want perfectly chilled wine and you know you'll be out longer than the regular ice packs last. Summer essential!

Not as cold as I'd hoped...
The product is a bit disappointing. After reading reviews of other cold packs, it looked as though this product was colder and kept cold longer than most others. However, whilst it is cool, it's not as cold as I'd hoped. That said, it's better than nothing if you're travelling and don't have easy access to ice. Each pack is a bit heavy, but that's probably normal for ice packs.
