As a first time snorkeler, I wanted something that would provide the most comfortable and enjoyable experience. I didn't want the traditional snorkel because I didn't want to clamp my mouth and teeth around something. And, I don't like the idea of having to breathe through my mouth because I am accustomed to breathing through my nose. I used this twice on our cruise and each time it provided a fantastic experience!When I began my research, I had considered the full-face mask but then read about breathing complications related to CO2. I did come across one or two with newer technology to address that concern, but I decided against the full-face mask because I didn't want to take the risk of not being able to use it if I were on a snorkel tour (someone mentioned that while in Hawaii, the tour company would not allow full-face masks).With those two options above eliminated, it led me to this unique mask, and I am extremely pleased that I purchased it! When you first receive it, I recommend trying it on and dipping your face into a full bathtub or swimming pool to get the ideal fit to ensure that it doesn't leak and that it will be comfortable for you. Better to do this ahead of time than to be sorry during your trip.FIT: I did not have any leaking whatsoever, but I did cinch up the straps pretty tight just to be safe. As others have mentioned, the mask does put some pressure on the top lip of your mouth. But I just popped my head up occasionally and readjusted it a bit. For me, that slight bit of discomfort (i.e. pressure on my lip) was 100% worth it! I have a very small head and face and found the small size to fit just fine. NOTE: Because the snorkel feature is at the top of the mask, it can be a bit challenging to put on by oneself. I found it easier to have my husband hold up the plastic snorkel piece while I put the mask on.VISION: I was able to see through the mask great! It provides a full, unobstructed view of everything. However, on the second time I used it, I dunked it into the water and didn't dry the inside of it out prior to using, so that resulted in a tad degree of fogging up. But if I had taken the time to dry it out like I had the day prior, then it would've been fine.BREATHING: I was able to breath completely normal through my nose in this mask. It was a great feeling to just pop out of the water and open my mouth without having to remove something.COMPACT: The mask comes with a small carrying bag and breaks down into a few different pieces, making it extremely compact to travel with. And, it is simple to put together for use.FINAL THOUGHTS: This mask gave me a fantastic snorkeling experience and I look forward to using this so much more on future trips! I don't think I could ever use any other mask - it's that great!NOTE: This comes with a camera mount but I did not use it.

This mask worked well on my trip to Mexico. It folded up fairly easily for travel, and I was able to breath easily through my nose. My only complaints were that it is a bit hard to pull apart after using (it's only "foldable" after disassembling) and even the small size was too large for my face, which wouldn't be a problem for most people. I would recommend.

I use this mask and snorkel for lap swimming. It's wonderful that I don't have to clench the snorkel in my mouth. I can easily breathe through my nose and there are no worries of the snorkel detaching. It's comfortable, no leaking, and I would definitely recommend it. The price is reasonable too!

I will admit that I was very skeptical. I have been snorkeling for over 30 years regularly at various Caribbean islands. I like to have my own gear. I snorkel for long distances in strong currently. When I saw this I purchased it in curiosity. I have just returned from a 2 week snorkeling trip where I snorkeled every day exclusively with this snorkel. It is an adjustment for someone like me who is used to breathing through a mouthpiece. But after some adjustments it was grand. I had a secure, no-leak seal. I did not have to clear my mask as I often do with other masks. I got the large, and it might have been too large for my face, but I pulled it down a pit lower and maintained a seal. I like the snorkel fixed to the mask. No problem with getting snorkel tangled or snapped-off as with other snorkels. PLUS, it breaks down for ease of stowing for travel. I had no problem with the snorkel leaking, so I wasn't having to clear out my snorkel as a frequently require with a tube snorkel. When I dove under the water, then surfaced, I did need to adjust the device.

Not sure if this is applicable to all kids, but mine was having trouble biting properly when using regular snorkeling kit. I tried the full face cover type first and failed. I switched to this one and it works very well. No complaints.

I'm a new swimmer and I'm still anxious in water more than 5 feet. What's odd is that this actually gave me the courage to swim in deep pool water with more confidence for the first time without noodles. It is easy to breathe through it. It doesn't fog at all. I would've given it a 5 but the seal under the nose keeps slipping close to my nose and I have to stop and fix it before it fully blocks my nose. But that happens after swimming for a while. Also, after half hour of swimming, it could feel a bit itchy due to rubbing against the skin. But I love it and recommend it especially that I had a different one that made my breathing labored, which is why I bought this one.

Definitely liked this mask better than traditional snorkeling masks. The fact that you can breathe in through your nose makes this mask shareable with friends/fam. Peripheral vision is pretty wide & the color is nice. My son said it looked really weird lol but he really liked it. I wouldn’t say it’s necessarily anti-fog because I did rub alcohol on the goggles before taking it out and although initially it didn’t fog it eventually did. It still wasn’t too bad, but I think that I will try the white vinegar trick next time. Clipping on the nose piece is pretty easy as well as taking it off especially if one wants to free dive. I know that you can attach a GoPro camera but I don’t own 1.. yet. The nose piece has a gravity ball that floats up covering the “blow hole” so You can still submerge the mask completely underwater. The functionality of this mask is great for the price!
