Good Buy, For Smart-Watch Features
If you want a smart watch, with a lot of features, this one will do the job. If you want a smart watch that will monitor bodily functions, this one isn't ready for prime time, but then I don't think any of them are--yet.When it auto monitors my various functions, it seems to be fairly accurate, for the most part, but getting it to read the functions reliably is the problem. There is usually at least one function that doesn't work, per charge of the battery.Right now, my watch is charging because it's monitoring features stop working with my cell phone when it has only thirty percent battery left. The battery has to be charged every 72 hours. It takes at least two hours to get enough of a charge for the monitoring features to work and it really needs more time to work reliably. The app, for the cell phone, is alright, but lacks the ability to track functions over time. I assume this will get upgraded at some point when similar watches start offering that feature on their apps. The manual functions, on the watch, don't seem very reliable as it said I had high blood pressure, when I took a reading this morning. I have notoriously low blood pressure and have to work to get it up enough for blood-pressure cuffs to read it. For example, I just read my BP and it was 92/57, using a medical device. This is right after coming back from my daily walk. Oxygenation, on the other hand, seems to work much more reliably as that synced with my medical-grade oximeter. While this watch isn't very reliable, monitoring bodily functions, it is a decent watch and is probably as reliable as the far more expensive watches being offered for sale. It is also the first smart watch I've purchased that actually fit my tiny wrist. And while the monitoring technology is still rough, the watch has the ability to have its software upgraded so it may become more reliable, reading bodily functions, with time.At its current price, of around $60, it is a good buy just for it's regular smart-watch features. The monitoring features work well enough to keep track of your blood sugar, HVR, oxygenation, sleep, etc. It isn't perfect, but it is about as good as it gets, with current technology.

Some instructions would be nice
First, the good.If you are sitting still, the Blood pressure, glucose, and heart rate are dead on...once you get them set up. I checked them against my little prick <insert joke here> and my BP cuff and they were dead on every time. Surprised the heck out of me. If you just want to do basic monitoring of your vitals, while sitting in a chair, it works.Seems well made. I never had an issue with battery life or water penetration. The NeutralI had nothing to compare the sleep monitoring against. I wonder if sleep monitoring in general is just a marketing scam, so nothing to offer there. Of course, if there were some kind of instructions that might have helped....The BadThere are no instructions at all. They don't even provide online instructions. Just nothing. That would be ok if the watch and app were user friendly. They are not. Having said that, it is possible to figure stuff out. The app is easy to use once set up the way you want, and provides clear graphs and/or numbers. The watch band is a cheap plastic one. That bugs me, but it might not bug you.The app provides good information once set up. No issues connecting. The default watch face can be changed to something less busy, but it could be better and cleaner. You have to set a baseline for the various measurements. You'll need to put your resting heart rate, baseline blood sugar, etc. into the app to get accurate readings. It isn't hard, but it is kind of hidden in the phone app. Sure would be nice to have some instructions you little **************. Once you do that, you'll get accurate readings.I sent mine back, because the first time I hit the treadmill, my heart rate went to 58 and stayed there the whole time. Which was the main function I needed. It eventually started reading correctly a couple of hours later. Ended up getting an H10 chest strap.A note to all of you health watch companies out there. Provide a frickin' manual for your product, even if it is just online. Get somebody who speaks the correct language to write it. Keep the watch face and the app clean and user friendly. You don't necessarily need every piece of data on the watch face at the same time, and setup shouldn't be hidden away in some random location. Stop trying to steal my personal information you parasites. I tried this watch partially because it wasn't made by the goat ropers at Apple, Google, or Amazon (yeah you Amazon). I just crossed their products right off the list. I'd also rather have ongoing graphs of all my measurements in the app rather than the fancy marketing gimmicks.

Glucose monitor really close
UPDATE: Started noticing that the grafts for each day looked the same, so I did another side by side comparison with my Contour meter. The first time I did it, on the original review, I checked fasting. This time I checked it when the watch showed 192.BIG difference, as you can see. I'll be returning this watch. So I bought this mainly for the glucose monitor and I'm very happy with the way that works and how close they are running to my Contour. The app isn't the most intuitive, took awhile to figure out how to change the units measurement for the glucose. You have to first turn on the automatic monitoring, then go to the personal settings to change the units of measurement. I really would have liked one too so contactless payments as well but to get that with the glucose is near impossible. Also wish I could see my calendar, but the glucose monitor is good enough that I plan to keep this.

Best tracker
This is the only tracker that helps with monitoring glucose levels. I'm not diabetic, but I do have higher levels and wanted to monitor them. I let a diabetic friend use it to see how well it measures the glucose levels. The readings were close to his device's readings. Sometimes this tracker was higher & sometimes it was lower. If I was diabetic & being allergic to adhesive, it's a conversation I would be having with my doctor to see if this was an option or not for me. If you are a non diabetic like me & want to measure your levels, I'd say go for it. If you're diabetic, consult your doctor first before you rely on this tracker.
