Really thin plastic. Headphone ear cushion thread comes undone too easily! Wouldn’t bother buying if you have a young child as they will get broken in minutes. I think they shouldn’t be as expensive as they are for what they are. Definitely not worth what I paid and I didn’t even pay much.Good thing is they worked- sound was produced, however had to be plugged in a certain way for this to be achieved.My advice: Buy branded ones and stick Frozen stickers on instead!

I bought this product for my three year old granddaughter who is a Disney Frozen fan. When we have days out with the grandchildren I attach my smartphone to the back of the seat where my granddaughter watches her favourite things on the journey but we often found that the volume is either too low when the car is running or when the car windows are open. So it seemed like a good idea to get these so that she could watch and hear her favourite shows without outside noise during car journeys.I found that they were easy to fix in place and adjust to the right size, but during the first car trip when we tried them out, she kept telling me that the sound had gone off. On checking I'm not sure if this is a loose connection or whether she accidentally pulled the cable out of the socket a few times.I simply fiddled with the cable until she said she could hear again.No matter, she has decided to take these on holiday abroad with her, she liked them so much.I liked the fact that the volume is limited for her little ears. I am happy in the knowledge that I am not harming her ears in any way.

Dd hated the feel of headphone... But that's cos she's fussy!!! Now kept as a spare pair for older child even tho she hates frozen

These headphones are very nice and work well, but are MUCH too large for my poor 3-year-old's head. She gets so frustrated when they keep falling off. They are adjustable up to adult size, but not for very small heads. I'd guess a child would have to be at least 6 or 7 before they'd fit on the smallest setting.
