Use this for my anxiety and sleep

I bought this as a gift for a friend. Hopefully she such lovely it.

I’m autistic with bad mental health, I’ve currently made a self soothe kit and I added this. It’s a lovely roll on, easily rolls on with plenty of fluid coming out. The smell of lavendar is just right, not too strong.

I do find the scent of this oil quite calming, but the calming effect is somewhat ruined by the fact that this oil REFUSES to stay in the bottle no matter what I do.I'm keeping it standing upright with the lid screwed on tightly and it's still managing to leak despite the fact that I have not moved it for hours. This stuff defies logic.Think I'll be going back to buying the essential oil and filling my own rollerball bottles. I though it would be a bit easier and more convenient to buy this "premade" version. I thought wrong.

This anti anxiety “fragrance” is really poor. It has a very oily consistency and a mild smell. However that mild smell is reminiscent of an old trainer/sweaty sock. Not sure who would find this calming???
