Good value. Prompt delivery. No unnecessary packaging. Easy to swallow. Regarding efficacy - can only speak of my experience. Taken as part of a variety of supplements to help offset the toxic effects of long-term antibiotic use. Definite improvement in reducing symptoms of antibio effects via cleansing / detoxing properties of these, and other supplements. No issues, no side effects.

This tablet i have been having it for a few weeks now it helps me relieve my farts and my stomach pains, i feel like it makes me fart out the gas that is stuck. when i have the tablet with water my farts comes out easily so i would recommend having these tablets on a day when your not around people as you will be releasing excess gas which could be embarrassing and challenging for others . With water i swallow the tablet but it sometimes goes side ways which could be an issue for some so you have to make sure u drink water with it.

Amazing! I have a wheat intolerance and these really help when I accidentally eat some or if I fancy a treat. Few days after I got them I ordered fish and chips as I’ve not been able to each that in years! And I had no reaction at all. They are a life saver, I can now eat out without having to check ingredients and I can now enjoy eating worry free again. Thank you 🙏

For me, these are extremely difficult to swallow. Since the capsules have a lot of air inside, they tend to float in your mouth, making them hard to swallow. Once you do swallow them, once again the air inside the capsule makes it difficult for your body to move them down into your stomach so they feel like they are "stuck" in your throat.

Good value for money pack of activated charcoal capsules. Most other producers only offer them in plastic bottles and as one tries to reduce single use plastic full stop these are in foil plastic packing, but at least it is less plastic.

These are so good for when you have eaten a little too much and become gassy.. 2 of these and it eases off straight away. Even when I've had indigestion they work in minutes, calm my tummy right down. No bad side effects to report. They are big, but easy to swallow if you take enough water.

Pretty outrageous that you advertise these as Vegan as that was my reason for buying.Horrified to see "may contain shellfish" if you can't guarantee that there vegan you should not advertise them as so. False advertising.You need to seriously amend the way you advertise these on Amazon. Some people are also allergic to seafood if they believed your claim to them being vegan and didn't read the ingredients they may be looking at a nasty reaction and a trip to hospital.From a very disappointed lost customer
