These dampeners may cost a little more than the average but they are a great welcomed extra to my game. During a match when I look at my string they add just a little extra boost to my mental toughness which makes them worth every penny! My friends that I have shown love these and think they make great gifts for junior players, especially. However, I felt more obliged to write this review due to the customer service of Viktor. I had a slight issue with my order. So minor that I wasn't even going to follow up. However, Viktor followed up and I happened to mention the issue and he took care of it right away. Amazing customer service which makes me want to promote this product to everyone!

I needed the dampeners on short notice because I was traveling to a tournament but forgot to put a dampener into my freshly strung racket. These are nice and firm, have some nice messages on them (fun) and I was able to get them in a couple of days via AMAZON. I did practice without the dampener and it was not fun after playing for years with the dampener. I am thankful that I got them on time and they are as advertised. And there is a nice case for the extra dampeners so they are easy to find within the tennis bag.
