IMB® USB Webcam Camera, 5 MegaPixel, 5G Lens, Built in Microphone & 6 LED supports Windows 8

Bought a new Windows 8, computer, and found my old web cam not suitable. Bought this as it was Windows 8 compatible.Camera set up OK, but found the built in Mic very quiet, so had to fit a separate Mic.

Works efficiently but lead far to short. Need to be able to place on top of screen but lead not long enough to plug into computer with out rearranging equipment.

Difficult to attach to screen

I cant really rate this as I have not as yet attempted to use it. I was however a little surprised at how it arrived. Nothing to suggest its compatability,use where to acquire drivers etc etc. But as I say and I want to reiterate, as yet I haven't attempted to connect to the desktop so my criticism is probably harsh.

Excellent quality very good well worth them money

I bought this webcam for my computer, as it is compatible with windwos 8 and the stats aren't too bad. In theory. In actuality, the webcam is completely out of focus and nothing can be done about it. You can't tell the difference between your face and your thumb. I never got a chance to try the mic portion of the webcam...'cause I saw no point when the picture quality is complete garbage.I'm actually baffled by the few good reviews that this product has got and would like to tell everyone to just stay away from this. Pay a bit more and get something that actually works.

For the money a great item now in full use. The light with in it is a great attachment which is very usefull to me
